What is Autumn & Ro?
Autumn & Ro is a creative workshop studio in Orlando offering hands-on artisan workshops, private parties, corporate events, team-building experiences, fundraising nights, and conference activations.
Where are you located?
Our studio is located inside the Credo Conduit in Orlando, Florida. We have access to multiple event spaces that can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger groups of up to 100 guests.
Do I need any artistic experience?
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for beginners and experienced makers alike. We'll guide you step-by-step, and everyone is encouraged to create at their own pace.
What ages are your workshops for?
Most workshops are designed for adults and teens ages 14 and older unless otherwise noted. Some private events can be customized for younger participants.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a wonderful gift for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or anyone who loves to create.
Do you offer workshops during the day?
Yes. We offer workshops throughout the week, including daytime, evening, and weekend options. Private events can often be scheduled at a time that's convenient for your group.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is in our building lot.
Public Workshops
How do I register?
Reserve your seat online through our class calendar. Not all workshops are available each month and space is limited, so advance registration is recommended.
Can I attend by myself?
Absolutely! Many guests come on their own and enjoy meeting other creative people.
What's included?
Unless otherwise noted, all supplies and instruction are included. Simply arrive ready to create.
Can friends sit together?
Yes! If you purchased tickets separately, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to seat your group together.
What happens if I'm late?
Please arrive a few minutes before class begins. If you arrive after the workshop has started, we'll help you catch up as soon as there's a natural break in instruction.
Can I bring food or drinks?
This depends on the workshop and venue. Any special policies will be listed with the event details.
Can we choose our own project?
Of course! You can choose from our existing workshop collection, or we can help you select a project that's the best fit for your group. If you're looking for something truly unique, we also offer custom workshop design for an additional concept and development fee.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
We proudly support our community through Fundraising Nights, where participating nonprofits receive 15% of ticket sales.
Private Events
What types of events do you offer?
We host corporate events, team-building workshops, birthday parties, bridal showers, fundraisers, community events, conference activations, and other private celebrations.
Can you come to our location?
Yes! We can bring many of our workshops and activations to your office, venue, conference, or event space.
Can we host our event at your studio?
Yes! We have several event spaces available and can accommodate groups from small gatherings to approximately 100 guests.
Do you travel outside Orlando?
Yes! We regularly travel throughout Central Florida and are happy to travel beyond the Orlando area for larger events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
How many people can participate?
From a handful of guests to large groups, we can accommodate almost any size event. We'll work with you to recommend the best experience, staffing, and setup for your group.
Do you offer short activities for conferences?
Yes. In addition to traditional workshops, we offer creative activations that typically take 5–15 minutes per guest, making them ideal for conferences, trade shows, employee appreciation events, and open-house style gatherings.
Can you customize a workshop?
Absolutely. We love creating custom experiences for organizations and special events. Custom workshop development may include an additional design fee depending on the level of customization.
Can we include our company branding or theme?
Absolutely! We love creating experiences that reflect your event. We can often incorporate your company's colors, branding, event theme, or messaging into the workshop or activation. Custom design services may require an additional concept and development fee.
Are corporate invoices and W-9s available?
Yes. We can provide invoices, W-9s, Certificates of Insurance (when required), and other documentation commonly requested by corporate clients, schools, and organizations.
Booking & Payments
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your private event date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We happily accept ACH, checks, Venmo, and Zelle. Credit cards are also accepted; however, a 3.5% convenience fee is added to credit card payments.
Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
Most workshop fees are non-refundable. We encourage all guests to review our Cancellation Policy page before booking, as it outlines our policies for public workshops, private events, deposits, refunds, and rescheduling.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Public workshop transfers may be available depending on the event. Contact us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend.
